Lunch & Learn: Better Goals, Better Outcomes

Goal-setting is a fundamental business skill, yet many of our goals seem to hang perpetually on the horizon. This workshop will equip you with strategies for developing better short- medium- and long-term goals and sticking to them.

Participants will:

• Acquire tools to develop and achieve targeted business goals
• Develop and/or refine a key goal for the next year
• Begin an action plan for achieving that goal
• Learn how to communicate that goal to teams and stakeholders
